Family Bowling Night

Sorry it's been a while since the last post. But there's a reason....we've entered the 21st century and now have a laptop...yippee!! But, with the new laptop comes the challenge of moving all our stuff over. I'm still working on getting the printer hooked up. But on the plus side, it doesn't take forever to open files, download pictures and all the other fun stuff.

So, on to more exciting things. Last Saturday night we went family bowling. We've been a few times with Will but this was the first time for Alex. The alley's great with kids, they put up the bumpers and give us a ramp. Alex quickly got the hang of things and loved watching to see the pins fall. Will used the ramp on and off.

We played 2 games, but the first one was definitely more fun. Towards the end of the first game and all thru the second Alex was more into the video games that were (conveniently) located right next to our lane. Note to self....next time ask for a lane at the very end, AWAY from the games. Overall, if was a fun family night and I think we all needed some quality family time.

When we first took Will bowling he was 2 and a half. Here's a few of my favorites from way back then:

Is that Sports Connection? I loved the ramp thing! It makes it so much easier for the kids to actually get some points (and me too since I suck a bowling)Looks like a great time was had by all. You all are such a fun family! Thanks for sharing.
