Playing tow truck

On Thursday afternoon, we were in the cul-de-sac when Will decided he wanted to play "tow truck driver". So, we tied a rope around Alex's cozy coupe and hooked it up to Will's bike. Will's getting pretty comfortable on his bike now, so they were going pretty fast and Alex was loving it! I fully admit it was not the most responsible Mommy thing to be doing, but I figured it was fun and was teaching a little bit of risk-taking at the same time. After a few trips round, Alex seemed done so we headed in. Only then did I notice that the poor little guy had scraped both of his big toes on the road and they were bleeding. The strange thing was, we hadn't heard a cry or anything out of him during the ride. Maybe he's going to be my tough kid? Will patched up his toes with Batman bandaids and everything was better.
