It seems like the last two weeks have been filled with memorable moments. I'm so excited to watch the boys grow up, but part of me wants to slow it all down so I can really have time to savor it all. Here's a recap of our milestones:
-We finally got Alex on skates! Getting the whole family on skates is something I've been looking forward to for a LONG time. Although he's still got the floppy leg syndrome and has a ways to go before skating independently, it was a good start. Will's doing well skating on his own, so we're hoping to enroll him in a beginner hockey program in January.
-Will lost his second tooth on Monday night. Scott's been teaching him the "all I want for Christmas is my two front teeth" song. The tooth fairy brought $5 for the first tooth, but now that she's realizing the other teeth come out pretty soon afterwards it's dropped to $1 for each subsequent tooth. Alex tells us he's got wiggly teeth too (see the pic)
-After seeing the neighbor wear her bathrobe to school (in lieu of a coat), Will's been fascinated with my old yellow, floral robe. He wears it at home constantly. He reminds me of Hugh Hefner! On the plus side, he's learned to tie a bow since the belt from the robe is so long!
